Acquired Xinwei Digital Inkjet (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and created rapid expansion and growth of ink for industrial application, with a year-on-year sales growth of 46%.

Be rated as "Guangdong Digital Inkjet Printing Functional Material Engineering and Technological Research & Development Center" and "Guangdong SME Innovative Industrialization Demonstration Base" as the annual revenue surpassed 100 million RMB.

Signed a contract with the NEEQ agent and made preparation for being listed. Won the cetificate of "Guangdong clean production enterprise".

The "Print-Rite digital inkjet ink" was certified as Guangdong (Industry) F amous Product.

Completed stock system reform and renamed Zhuhai Print-Rite New Materials Corporation Limited on May 26; Officially listed in the NEEQ on September 22.
